1. Overview

Zynex AI 2.0 (“Zynex”, “we”, “our”, or “the Platform”) is a decentralized AI-powered crypto investment application designed to automate trading and generate passive income. Our AI system operates 24/7 with an average accuracy of 88%. Zynex primarily runs on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), and Avalanche (AVAX), focusing on ERC20-compatible tokens.

The DApp is powered by Ethers.js and supports login through Metamask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, and other compatible DApp browsers.

2. Use of the Platform

• You must be 18 years or older to use the platform.
• You are responsible for understanding crypto and DeFi-related risks.
• You use this DApp voluntarily and at your own risk.
• You must ensure that your local laws allow crypto participation.

3. AI Trading and Investment Mechanism

Zynex AI 2.0 utilizes proprietary AI infrastructure to execute trades and manage staked assets. It displays live crypto prices, accepts staking, converts crypto to USD to reduce volatility, and uses AI agents to make data-driven trading decisions.

Returns are calculated and distributed automatically through verified smart contracts.

4. Wallet and Security

• Users connect via Metamask or any supported wallet (Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, etc.).
• Zynex uses multiple hardware wallets for secure trading operations.
• Users are responsible for their private keys and recovery phrases.
• Zynex does not store or access user wallet credentials.

5. Plans and Staking

Zynex offers Free, Premium, and Pro plans, each with different staking limits, ROI percentages, and lock-in durations (up to 10 months). Users can stake crypto through connected wallets and monitor returns through the dashboard.

6. Withdrawals and Cooldown Policy

• Withdrawals and referral bonuses can be claimed every 48 hours.
• Minimum withdrawal: $50.
• Withdrawals can be made in supported cryptocurrencies.
• Zynex is not responsible for losses caused by invalid wallet addresses or user-side errors.

7. Referral System and Rewards

Zynex provides referral rewards to users who invite others via referral links. Bonuses are credited automatically and visible on the dashboard. Users are notified of referral activity within the DApp.

8. Transparency and Social Interaction

Zynex promotes open transparency. User profiles display investment and return stats publicly. Users can follow or unfollow others to receive notifications about their activities. Achievement badges are unlocked upon reaching milestones.

9. Privacy Policy

• Zynex does not request sensitive personal data.
• Only an optional email (for inquiries) may be collected, and anonymity is allowed.
• No Telegram, Discord, or social media groups are operated by Zynex.
• The platform is built for crypto-enthusiasts and AI users who understand decentralized finance.

10. Disclaimer and Risk Acknowledgment

Crypto investments are inherently volatile. Zynex does not guarantee fixed profits or prevent losses. The platform is not responsible for local regulatory issues, network delays, or incorrect user actions. All users participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for their funds.

11. Changes in Policy and Fees

Zynex reserves the right to update staking rules, withdrawal policies, and referral bonuses at any time. Major updates will be reflected within the DApp interface.

12. Limitation of Liability

Zynex, its developers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any financial loss, data corruption, or smart contract vulnerabilities. By using this DApp, you accept these terms and associated risks.
